摘    要:简要介绍了闪蒸系统的概况、原则流程和近期加工原油情况,综合分析加工原油性质后认为,闪蒸系统2013年加工原油属低硫含酸原油,装置设备及管线腐蚀较轻。同时对装置加工高酸含硫原油的适应性进行了探讨,提出了目前条件下装置运行的工艺控制和设备防腐措施,并根据选材导则提出了加工高酸含硫原油的改造建议。

Abstract:The general information and principal process flow of flash system and crude oils processed recently are introduced. The analysis of crude oil properties concluded that the crude oils processed in flash system in 2013 were low -sulfur high -TAN crude oils, and the equipment and piping in the unit suffered from mild corrosion. The adaptability of the process unit in processing high- sulfur and high -TAN crudes were studied, and the process control and corrosion protection measures of equipment for present operating conditions were presented. The revampings for processing high - sulfur high - TAN crudes based upon material selection principles are recommended.
