摘    要:基于液压方式能量回收的扭矩平衡游梁式抽油机是将液压能回收系统与常规游梁式抽油机相结合,将平衡原理归入功率回收来进行考虑,把游梁式抽油机抽油杆等下降的势能转化为液压能,使游梁式抽油机由单纯的机械平衡达到系统自身的功率和转矩平衡,来实现能量回收和再利用,通过模拟试验研究表明该抽油机节能效率可达到26.4%。

Abstract:Walking-beam pumping unit through hydraulic energy recovery for torque balance is composed of the conventional walking-beam pumping unit and hydraulic energy recovery system.The potential energy was converted into hydraulic energy so as to keep power and torque balance during the pumping unit return when the balance theory was considered as power recovery.The experimental results show that the energy saving ratio reaches 26.4%.
