摘    要:介绍了一种自行研制的在线式数字粒子图像测速系统,首先说明这种系统的主要特点,然后从系统的硬件组成和软件结构两个方面进行了介绍.该系统的软件部分是整个系统的研究重点,包括图像采集模块,自相关图像分析模块、互相关图像分析模块以及数据后处理模块等.为了验证该系统的有效性,设计了水流流场分布的测量实验,实验结果表明系统能够提取出合理的水流流场速度分布.最后,利用该系统分析内燃机缸内流场的PIV图像,得到了内燃机缸内流场的流速分布.

Abstract:An online digital particle image velocimery system is introduced, which is developed by the authors. Firstly, the merits of the system over traditional PIV system are explained. Then the hardware and software of the system are introduced. The software of the system is the mostly important part of the system, which includes image acquiring module, auto-correlation image analyzing module, cross-correlation analyzing module and data post-processing module. Experiment of measuring water flow field is designed to evaluate the system. The results show that reasonable velocity distribution of the water flow field is made by the system. PIV image of flow field in an engine in-cylinder is analyzed by the system, and distribution of the velocity in the engine in-cylinder is gotten.
