摘    要:提出了利用霍尔传感器测量直流系统回路电流、母线电压,以电流、电压综合判据快速识别直流系统短路故障的方法。采用可控直流断路器替代传统的熔断器法,将交流系统三段式微机电流保护原理应用于直流系统的短路保护,设计了辐射式I,Ⅱ,Ⅲ段直流供电回路,同时为防止在切除故障支路时因Ⅱ,Ⅲ段开关同时拒动,而由I段开关切除故障引起的其他供电支路电源消失问题,对Ⅲ段直流供电回路采用了备用开关自投方案,并研制了直流系统三段式微机电流保护装置。分析了该装置的选择性、灵敏性、速动性和可靠性。通过对样机的仿真实验和现场运行,表明了该原理与方法的有效性和实用性。

Abstract:A novel method that can rapidly recognize short- circuit for the DC system is proposed according to the integrative criterion of loop current and generatrix voltage measured by the HOER sensor.It uses controllable DC breakers instead of traditional fusion,and firstly introduces the theory of three- segm ents AC protection for the DC system.Applying the sam e theory,it designs radiate segment one,two,three loops for the DC power supply.This method has the standby power when the DC power supply is lost thatcaused by the wrong action of segm ent one breaker and invalidation of segment two and three breaker.The device based on the m ethod is also manufactured.The paper finally analyzes the selectivity,sensitivity, reliability and rapidity of the device.Results of sim ulations and the on- site operation of the prototype show validity and practicability of the proposed m ethod.
