| 摘 要： | 介绍了用离子色谱法测定蜂胶中的微量元素。此方法具有操作简便、快速、灵敏度高、选择性好和能同时测定多种组分的特点。应用离子色谱仪测定了蜂胶中的铜、锌、镁、钙、钠、钾、铁、铝等多种微量元素 ,结果表明蜂胶中含有多种人体所需的微量元素。

| Abstract: | A method of quantitative analysis for propolis of microelements by ion chromatorgraphy was introduced.We also used the method to determine eight elements in propolis quantitatively.The results showed that the method is very high senstive and reliable. |
