| 摘 要： | 针对海底管道路由潜在风险的特点,提出了一种层次分析与灰色模式识别理论相结合的海底管道路由风险定量评估方法。分析研究了海底管道路由风险评估指标体系的组成及分级标准,建立了基于专家模糊评价的海底管道路由风险定量评估模型,并开发出计算机辅助海底管道路由风险定量评估系统软件及相应的数据库。应用该系统软件对渤海某海底管道路由风险进行了分项及综合定量评估,其评估结果与实际情况相符。

| Abstract: | According to the characters of potential risk of submarine pipeline routing,a quantitative method to evaluate submarine pipeline routing risk is presented in this study,which combines AHP theory with grey-mode identification.The component and classificatory standard for the index system of submarine pipeline routing risk evaluation are researched.And the quantitative submarine pipeline routing risk evaluation model is established,based on grey-mode identification by experts.Besides,a computer software system and database are developed.A submarine pipeline routing in Bohai Sea is quantitatively evaluated dividedly and synthetically with this system.The result of the evaluation agrees with the practice. |
