| 摘 要： | 介绍了国外随着电力市场改革而引起的电能计量技术及产品的发展情况，如电网关口表、工商用户和住宅居民表都正在逐步更新为电子式电能表；AMR系统迅速发展以支持电力市场的需要；北美某些地区表计数据服务及有关业务从公用企业中分离并置于政府对公用事业监管部门的监管之下等等。这些经验对我国电能计量发展是有益的。文中还提出了一些建议。

| Abstract: | This paper introduced the international situation on development in metering technique and products of electric energy arose from the reform of electric power market, as:the grid meters on electric netword and consumer meters of industry,commercial and residential customers had been step by step to update with electronic meters;the AMR system had rapid developed to support the demand of thd electric power market;at sereral areas of North.America the metering service and related business had been separated from utility and been superised under the department of utility supervisory of goverment etc. These experience is useful for the development of electricenergy metering in China.There are some suggestions in this paper. |
