| 摘 要： | 针对所设计的基于运动控制卡的精密定位平台,提出了一种测量系统总体误差状况的方法,通过对精密定位系统中宏动平台进行定位误差的测量和分析,根据测量的误差情况提出了误差补偿的方法,采用闭环控制对系统的误差进行补偿,使其定位精度得到了大幅的提高.
