| Abstract: | The method of image compress based on 2-D wavelet decomposition was studied. Construction of the 2-D orthonormal wavelet was discussed. The image was compressed with 2-D Mallat algorithms The experimental results showed that wavelet decomposition in image compress,is efficient and reliable. |
