摘    要:在燃煤锅炉中 ,用于驱动排灰链条的轴承环 ,在运行过程中突然断裂。对此进行了现场调查和取样 ,并借助于光学和扫描电子显微镜 ,从材料成分、微观组织和性能角度 ,研究了轴承环破裂原因 ,是一种典型的过渡磨损和接触疲劳引起的破坏

Abstract:Bearing ring driving chain for discharging ash on burning coal boiler abruptly rupture in operation. A spot investigation was conducted and a sample taken to inspect. Cracking failure of a bearing ring is analyzed by means of optical metalloscope (OM) and scanning electron microscopy (SEM), in light of chemical composition, microstructure and property. The result shows that it is a typical over-wear and fretting fatigue cracking.
