陶瓷烧成温度曲线的数字模拟

摘    要:采用自行开发的数字模拟软件 ,对影响陶瓷烧成温度曲线的若干因素进行了数字模拟 ,研究结果表明 ,升温速率、坯体热物性参数和厚度均影响坯体的温度梯度分布 ,提出宜以坯体表层最大温度梯度检验烧成曲线的合理性

Abstract:By adopting our self-developed numerical simulation software, some factors effecting ceramic firing process were numerical simulated. The result indicates that the distribution of temperature gradient is influenced by the rate of heating or cooling process, hot physical properties and thickness of semi-finished product. It is reasonable to verify the firing temperature curvilinear with the most temperature gradient of semi-finished product's surface layer.
