| Abstract: | The technique of managing aptitude electric power instrument of measuring and controlling such as TOP9720 by personal computer was discussed. In the communication method, RS232, RS485 and CANBUS, personal computer and TOP9720 are linked to network. Based on the OSI model, the up-level manage software is designed. The managing by personal computer to aptitude electric power instrument of measure and control is carried up. The inspecting and controlling of electric system come into direct and convenience and agile. |
