摘    要:根据螺旋桨桨叶加工工艺过程的要求 ,编制了计算机辅助工艺生成程序 ,实现了工艺参数的计算机自动生成 ,用优化方法求取了桨叶加工过程的最小打磨量 ,并根据工艺要求生成各种形式的报表 ,从而大大提高了加工过程的效率

Abstract:On the process for making blades of the propeller, a computer aided process planning (CAPP) has been proposed . The process parameters can be calculated by the computer automatically,the minimum value of grinding has been calculated by the optimum method. Several kinds of reports based on the process have also been made. All these show great effective on the manufacture of the propeller.
