Q235钢热浸渗铝层的组织分析和性能

摘    要:分析了Q2 35钢热浸渗铝层的组织 ,并对其抗高温氧化和耐高温腐蚀性能进行了研究。显微硬度试验结果表明渗层硬度可达 10 0 0HV ,并具有较大的脆性。经扩散退火后 ,渗层组织和显微硬度都发生了明显的变化。高温氧化和热腐蚀试验结果表明 ,渗铝Q2 35钢的抗高温氧化性能和 1Cr18Ni9Ti奥氏体不锈钢相当 ,而耐热腐蚀性能明显优于后者

Abstract:The microstructure and the properties of anti-oxidization and hot-corrosion resistance of hot-dip aluminized Q235 steel was investingated.Microhardness tests showed that HV 0.1 hardness of aluminizing layer could reach 1000HV and the layer was found quite brittle.The microstructure and the microhardness of aluminizing layer were found changed obviously after annealing.High temperature Oxidization and hot-corrosion tests showed that the anti-oxidization properties of aluminized Q235 steel and 1Cr18Ni9Ti stainless steel were of the same level, but the former 's hot-corrosion resistance was superior to the latter 's remarkably.
