| 摘 要： | 峰谷分时电价是需求侧管理中一个最重要的经济激励措施.合理的分时电价体系运用市场调节手段,有效地改变用户的用电模式,促使用户主动进行削峰填谷,缓解电网高峰期电力供应紧张的局面,以保证系统的可靠、高效运行.详细介绍了江苏省峰谷时电价政策的实施效果、取得的经验及存在的问题,并提出了进一步完善峰谷分时电价体系的建议.

| Abstract: | The reasonable TOU price strategy is a very important and efficient method to changing consumption model of user, shifting peak load, easing the critical electrical supply in peak-load time, and ensuring security and economy operating of networks. Based on the TOU price policy of Jiangsu province, the affections, experiences and existing problems are analyzed, and some suggestions are put forward. |
