摘    要:在制造型虚拟企业中可以将底层设备运行参数用于整个虚拟企业生产过程的运行控制,通过全局管理与底层控制的集成以提高虚拟企业的敏捷性。研究监测、调度、管理集成的虚拟企业生产过程控制策略,通过实时检测、采集、处理和综合分析制造过程各主要设备的运行状态和负荷参数,为设备工作状况、生产效率、生产能力使用与储备情况分析提供实际数据,也为虚拟企业生产调度和生产成本分析提供直接依据。提出的在线检测、离线控制的方式符合技术适用性原则,有利于虚拟企业控制生产进度、提高对紧急订单及设备故障处理的敏捷性。

Abstract:In manufacturing virtual enterprises, equipment parameters can be measured for overall operation control to improve the agility of virtual enterprises by means of the integration of top level management and low level control activities. Studied an integrated production control strategy including activities of measuring, scheduling and management.By means of real-time measuring, collecting, processing and analyzing of operation states and load parameters of main equipment in virtual enterprises, accurate data are obtained to know the operation status of main equipment, production efficiency and manufacturing capacity. In addition, these data can directly be used for scheduling and costing of virtual enterprises. The method of on-line measuring and off-line control proposed is feasible in technology respect and is helpful to improve scheduling performance of whole virtual enterprises,to increase the agility of urgent orders process and equipment breakdown.
