摘    要:通过大量试验,分析了络筒工序产生毛羽的各种因素,结构表明:络纱毛羽与络筒机型有一定关系,1332M型络筒机毛羽比自动络筒机毛羽少;要减少络纱毛羽,首先要减少管纱毛羽,其次应合理选择张力圈,重量、清纱板隔距、导纱距离、破裂环高度及络筒速度等各项工艺参数。

Abstract:According to the enormous test,all factors on forming the hairiness in winding processing was analysed.The result showed that,the hairiness in winding had a certain relation with the type of winding machine,the hairiness on the type of 1332M was less than the automatic winding machine.In order to decrease the hairiness in winding,the cop hairiness should be decreased first,some processing parameters such as drag washer weight,clearer guide plate gauge,guide distance,breakage link height and winding speed etc.should be rationally selected scond.
