摘    要:目的建立同时测定北沙参中9种有机氯农药残留量的气相色谱法(gas chromatography,GC)。方法以丙酮为提取剂,使用Elite-1701毛细管色谱柱,采用程序升温,ECD检测器检测,外标法定量测定北沙参中有机氯农药残留量。结果 Elite-1701柱对9种有机氯农药的分离度良好,在1.5~250μg/L范围内,浓度与峰面积呈现出良好的线性关系。平均加标回收率为79.47%~104.03%,相对标准偏差(relative standard deviations,RSDs)为2.61%~10.1%(n=6)。结论本研究的方法简便、快速、准确、稳定,可用于测定北沙参中9种有机氯农药残留量。

Abstract:Objective To establish a method for the determination of 9 organochlorine pesticide residues in Radix Glehniae by gas chromatography (GC). Methods The organochlorine pesticides were extracted by acetone. Elite-1701 capillary column was used to separate the samples. The external standard method was used to detect 9 organochlorine pesticide residues in Radix Glehniae by temperature programming and ECD detector. Results Good resolution was obtained for organochlorine pesticide by Elite-1701. In the range of 1.5-250 g/L, there was a good linear relationship between the concentration and the peak area. The average recoveries ranged from 79.47% to 104.03%, and the RSDs (n=6) were from 2.61% to 10.1%. Conclusion The method is simple, rapid, and accurate, and has good stability, which is suitable for detection of 9 organochlorine pesticide residues in Radix Glehniae.
