| 摘 要： | 全面分析了预热器发生堵塞的种类及原因,提出了控制原燃材料的质量、稳定生料化学成分、使用压缩空气喷吹与空气炮轰打、控制预热系统的温度、使用核子料位计、正确控制止料留火操作等是防止预热器发生堵塞的技术措施,而使用高压水枪、Cardox爆破等是处理预热器不同类型堵塞的技术措施。

| Abstract: | The types and causes of blockage in the preheater are analysed comprehensively, put forward some techical measures to prevent preheater form blockage, such as controlling the quality of raw materials, stable chemical composition, the use of compressed air blowing and air bombardment, control temperature, preheating system using nuclear level gauge, correct control check material left fire operation, while the use of water cannons, Cardox is blasting technical measures for different types of preheater clogging. |
