摘    要:目的研究电感耦合等离子体质谱法(inductively coupled plasma-mass spectrometry,ICP-MS法)测定食品中铬、镍、铜、砷、镉、锡、锑、汞、铅9种重金属元素含量的质量控制方法。方法通过测定样品加标回收率,用统计学方法求出相应技术指标,制得多元素回收率质控图。结果 9种重金属元素的回收率均在上、下控制限之间,代表此段时间测定过程受到控制,该批数据可信;但仍旧出现若干超过或低于警戒限的点。结论 9个质控图能直观有效地控制ICP-MS测定食品中的9种重金属元素分析质量,确保结果准确可靠。

Abstract:Objective To study the quality control methods in the determination of chromium, nickel, copper, arsenic, cadmium, tin, antimony and mercury in food by inductively coupled plasma mass spectrometry (ICP-MS). Methods By measuring the spiked recovery rate of the sample, the corresponding technical indicators were obtained by statistical methods, and the quality control charts of the multi-element recovery rate were made. Results The recovery rates of the 9 kinds of heavy metal elements were between the upper and lower control limits, which meant that the measurement process was controlled during this period, and the batch data was credible; however, there were still some points those exceed or fall below the warning limit. Conclusion Nine quality control charts can directly and effectively control the analytical quality of 9 kinds of heavy metal elements in food by ICP-MS to ensure accurate and reliable results.
