蔓越莓、越橘、玫瑰茄复合提取物的毒理学评价

目的评价蔓越莓、越橘、玫瑰茄复合提取物作为保健食品的安全性。方法通过大鼠经口急性毒性实验、遗传毒性实验及大鼠30 d喂养实验本复合提取物的安全性进行评价。结果蔓越莓、越橘、玫瑰茄复合提取物的大鼠经口最大耐受剂量大于15 g/kg,属无毒级物质;遗传毒性实验结果为阴性;大鼠30 d喂养实验结果表明各剂量组动物体重增长、食物利用率、脏器系数、血常规及血清生化指标与对照组比较均无显著性差异(P0.05)。病理检查主要脏器未发现病理性改变。结论蔓越莓、越橘、玫瑰茄复合提取物为无毒、无致突变作用的保健食品。

Toxicological evaluation of composite extraction of Oxycoccos, Vaccinium vitis-idaea and Hibiscus sabdariffa

Objective To evaluate the safety of composite extraction of Oxycoccos, Vaccinium vitis-idaea and Hibiscus sabdariffa as health food. Methods The rat oral acute toxicity test, genotoxicity test, and 30-day feeding experiment were used to evaluate the safety of the compound extract. Results The oral tolerant dose of the compound extraction of Oxycoccos, Vaccinium vitis-idaea and Hibiscus sabdariffa was greater than 15 g/kg, which indicated that the compound was a non-toxic substance. Genotoxicity test result was negative. The results of the 30-day feeding experiment in rats showed that there was no significant difference in body weight, food utilization, organ coefficients, blood routine and serum biochemical indexes between the dose group and the control group (P>0.05). The main organs had not pathological changes. Conclusion The composite extraction of Oxycoccos, Vaccinium vitis-idaea and Hibiscus sabdariffa is a kind of non-toxic and mutagenesis health food.
