市售9种食品中亚硝酸盐快速检测箱的验证性评价及分析

目的评价9种市售食品中亚硝酸盐快速检测箱的性能指标符合性和现场适用性。方法应用9种市售食品中亚硝酸盐快检箱对450批定值盲样进行检测,根据参比方法对其性能指标符合性和现场适用性进行验证性评价和分析。结果本次评价的9种亚硝酸盐快检箱的特异性和假阳性率均能满足技术规范要求。5种快检箱可检出限度水平的灵敏度、特异性、假阴性率、假阳性率、检测结果与参与方法的一致性满足性能指标技术规范要求。部分快检箱存在操作复杂、辅助设备多、耗时长、试剂耗材不足等问题。结论综合考虑9种亚硝酸盐快检箱的性能指标符合情况和现场适用性,5种快检箱能够基本满足基层快检需要,其中快检箱1、2、6号显示出基层推广的应用价值,快检箱4、9号需要进一步完善其现场适用性。

Verification evaluation and analysis of 9 kinds of food rapid inspection boxes for nitrite sold in the market

Objective To evaluate the conformance of performance index and the field applicability of 9 kinds of food rapid inspection boxes for nitrite sold in the market. Methods Nine kinds of food rapid inspection boxes for nitrite were used to test the detection of 450 batches of blind samples, and were evaluated the conformance of performance index and the field applicability compared with the reference method. Results The specificity and false positive rates of 9 kinds of nitrite rapid inspection boxes in this evaluation could meet the requirements of technical specifications. The sensitivity, specificity, false negative rate, false positive rate, consistency between the test results and the reference method within the limit level of detection of 5 kinds of boxes satisfied the requirements of the technical standard. Some rapid inspection boxes had problems like complex operation, more accessory equipments, longer inspection time and deficiency of the reagents and consumables. Conclusion Considering the conformance of performance index and the field applicability of 9 kinds of food rapid inspection boxes for nitrite, 5 kinds of boxes can basically satisfy the needs for rapid food inspection at grass-roots units, among them, box No.1, No.2 and No.6 show better popularization and application values, while box No.4 and No.9 need to be further improved their field applicability.
