扑草净在花生上的消解动态及施药建议

摘    要:目的研究扑草净在花生上的合理使用准则。方法对扑草净在花生和土壤中消解规律进行实验,采用气相色谱法对扑草净在花生上的残留进行测定。结果不同实验地点的扑草净在土壤中的消解速率存在差异,理论半衰期为6.1~21.1 d,平均11.3 d。整个实验过程,扑草净在土壤中的消解曲线呈递减趋势。对扑草净在花生不同部位的消解速率的实验结果表明,高剂量(制剂150 m L/667 m~2)和推荐高剂量1.5倍剂量(制剂225 m L/667 m~2)2个施药浓度,分别1次施药,扑草净在花生上最终残留量均小于0.02 mg/kg。结论本文推荐使用67%扑·乙乳油防除花生田杂草,制剂用量135~150 m L/667 m~2,施药1次,对作物及食用的影响在安全范围内。

Abstract:Objective To investigate the reasonable use criterion of pasturelin on peanut. Methods The degradation rates of paracetamol in peanut and soil were tested. The residues on peanut were determined by gas chromatography. Results There was a difference in the dissolution rate of chlorophyll at different experimental sites. The theoretical half-life was 6.1-21.1 d, with an average of 11.3 d. During the whole experiment, the dissolution curve of chlorophyll in soil showed a decreasing trend. The test of prometryn degradation rate in different parts of peanut showed that the final residues of prometryn in peanut were less than 0.02 mg/kg when spraying the high dose (150 mL/667 m2 preparation) and 1.5 times of recommended high dose (225 mL/667 m2 preparation) once separately. Conclusions This paper recommends to use 67% emulsifiable concentrate of prometryne and acetochlor (135- 150 mL/667 m2 preparation) to prevent weeds in peanut fields one time, and the effects on crops and food are within safe limits.
