摘    要:为了分析云南尖峰水泥有限公司3200t/d水泥熟料生产线目前的实际生产状况,总结生产经验,进一步降低预热器系统阻力,公司对该生产线烧成系统进行了一次全面的热工检测。检测结果看,该生产线熟料产量超过设计指标41%,单位熟料烧成热耗指标较好。但预热器系统阻力、出篦冷机熟料温度偏高。

Abstract:In order to analyze the actual production status of the 3 200 t/d cement clinker production line of Yunnan Jianfeng Cements Limited, summarize the production experience and further reduce the resistance of the preheater system, the company conducted a comprehensive thermal test for the firing system of the production line. The test results show that the clinker output of the production line exceeds the design index at 41%, and the heat consumption index of the unit clinker is better. But the resistance of the preheater system and the clinker temperature of the grate cooler are high.
