| 摘 要： | 某10000t/d新型干法回转窑生产线高温风机运行时,出现严重磨损与腐蚀现象。分析高温风机叶片磨损的主要原因是高温风机的工作烟气中氯含量高,而叶片材质不耐腐蚀,对此提出了相应的维修改造措施。

| Abstract: | Serious wear and corrosion occurred during the operation of a 10 000 t/d new dry process rotary kiln production line. The main reason for the blade wear of the high temperature fan is that the content of chlorine in the flue gas of the high temperature fan is high, and the material of the blade is not resistant to corrosion. The corresponding maintenance and renovation measures are put forward. |
