战略导弹反制NMD攻防对抗定量分析与评估仿真系统设计与实现

美国已明确并公开宣布 ,美国拟将继续计划研制并部署NMD系统。各国舆论及有关专家普遍认为 :美国NMD的研制与部署 ,将严重破坏全球的战略稳定性。那么 ,作为一个初步的国家导弹防御系统 ,NMD对一个国家有限的战略反击能力将产生什么影响 ?对国家“后发制人”的报复战略将会构成哪些威胁 ?这是国家战略研究与国防建设所不容回避的十分重大的现实课题。而这一课题的完成 ,是不可能通过实验方法来解决的 ,只能藉助于仿真的手段与方法。有鉴于此 ,该文经过详实的分析与科学的论证 ,提出、设计并建立了一个科学的、实用的战略导弹反制NMD攻防对抗定量分析与评估仿真系统 ,同时 ,就该仿真系统的体系框架、结构、模型与方法进行了分析与研讨 ,给出了一个具体的、实际可行的系统技术实现方案 ,并给出了一个仿真实例的过程与结果。该文最后 ,依照仿真实例的结果分析 ,给出了战略导弹反制NMD系统的几点对策建议。

The Design and Implementation of Simulation Systems of Strategical Missile Attack-defense Battle Breaking Through NMD

In this paper, the simulation system of strategical missile attack-defense battle breaking through NMD is established,architecture,structure,models and measures of simulation system of strategical missile breaking through NMD is studied. Based on detailed analysis of the simulation results,a few of important conclusions is educed. At the end, a few of countermeasure suggestions of strategical missile breaking through NMD is put forward.
