摘    要:为了提高本钢北营轧钢厂1780mm带钢热轧生产线装备水平和技术能力,对影响轧线生产的液压系统存在的高压油泵损坏频次较多,严重影响生产的问题进行了分析,找出了相应的解决办法。实践结果表明,改进措施延长了高压油泵的使用寿命、提高了作业率和生产率,降低了生产成本。

Abstract:For improving the production capability and technology level of 1780mm hot-olled steel production line in Rolled Steel Mill of Benxi Beiying Iron & Steel(Group) Co.,Ltd.,the causes that seriously influence production,i.e.the high frequency of the high pressure oil pump damage of hydraulic circuit are analyzed,and thus the corresponding countermeasures are proposed.The results of production show that the operating life of oil pump is extended,and the operation rate and productivity are increased,and as a result the production cost is reduced.
