| 摘 要： | IEC61508《电气／电子／可编程电子安全相关系统的功能安全》标准的主要作用就是防范以微控制单元（Micro Control Unit，以下简称MCU）为核心的电子产品用于到安全临界应用（Safety Critical Application）中时的随机失效和系统性失效问题。本文介绍了针对典型MCU结构的在线诊断方法集来检测MCU在运行时可能出现的故障。
