溶剂化金属原子浸渍法制备高分散负载型催化剂 Ⅲ.Pd 催化剂的制备及催化加氢性能的研究

摘    要:利用金属蒸气法制备高分散金属负载催化剂 Pd/Mgo、Pd/γ-Al_2O_3、Pd/SiO_2、Pd/TiO_2、Pd/ZrO_2以及它们在二丙酮醇、环十二碳三烯、苯的力口氢反应中的催化性能,并与普通浸渍法制备的倦化剂进行比较。实验结果表明,在所有这些加氢反应中,溶剂化金属原子浸渍法制备的催化剂(SMAI 催化剂)比对应的普通浸溃法制备的催化剂具有较高的催化活性。这是因为 SMAI催化剂金属粒度小,分散度高以及零价金属原子百分数高。


Preparation of Highly Dispersed Supported Metal Catalysts via Solvated Metal Atom Impregnation Ⅲ.Preparation and Catalytic Hydrogenation Properties of Pd Catalysts
Abstract:The metal vapor method was employed to prepare highly dispersed supportedmetal catalysts Pd/MgO,Pd/γ-Al_2O_3,Pd/SiO_2,Pd/TiO_2 and Pd/ZrO_2.Their cata-lytic properties in hydrogenation of diacetone alcohol,cyclododecatriene and ben-zene were studied.Compared with conventional impregnation Pd catalysts,thecatalysts prepared by solvated metal atom impregnation method(SMAI catalysts)showed much greater activities for all the reactions studied.These high activitiesof the SMAI catalysts are attributed to the smaller particle size,high dispersionof Pd and high percentage of this Pd in a zero-valent state.
