日照市水环境质量状况及对策分析

日照市水资源开发利用以地下水为主,近海岸地带地下水的持续超采,水位不断下降,形成地下水降落漏斗,破坏了地下水与海水的自然平衡,引起海水入侵,使地下水受到污染;工业、生活污废水的排放,造成地表水水质不断恶化,水环境质量下降。提出推行科技节水,建设节水型的社会,减少水资源的用量,控制用水总量,实行高效的中水回用制度,加快城市污水处理工程建设,充分利用蓄水工程,增大地表水的使用量,发展循环经济,提高水的重复利用率,修建地下水库,有效地阻止海水入侵等对策,促进水环境质量的提高。
