| 摘 要： | 根据国产羊毛的特性,以及在纺纱过程中存在的技术问题,就如何用国产羊毛纺制纯毛纱工艺进行深入探讨,并通过选用不同的纺纱助剂与纺纱工艺进行分析比较实验,从中选出最佳的国毛纺纱工艺.实际生产应用说明,该纺纱工艺是可行的,不仅有效地改善了国产羊毛的纺纱性能,增强了纤维抱合力,降低细纱断头率及原料消耗,同时也提高了纱线质量,达到澳毛产品质量水平,增加了企业经济效益,达到了预期效果.

| Abstract: | The paper has discussed the spinning technique of wool yarn made from home-grown wool and existed the technical problem in the process of spinning depending on the feature of home-grown wool. It has analyzed the different auxiliary agents and technique and find out the optimum spinning technique. |
