木浆复合水刺非织造布掉屑测试方法初探

木浆复合水刺非织造布最大的缺陷是在使用过程中很容易掉屑。针对木浆复合水刺非织造布设计了几种掉屑测试方法,主要模拟木浆复合水刺非织造布在应用时可能受到的机械力作用下的掉屑情况。通过对几种木浆复合水刺非织造布的掉屑测试,并结合不同样品的原料和生产工艺,分析了每种测试方法的特点和适用场合,实验得到的数据符合掉屑规律,具有一定的说服力。研究结果表明,设计的4种掉屑测试方法可靠,能较准确地反映木浆复合水刺非织造布的掉屑情况,具有一定的有效性。

Primary discussion of testing method on dusting off from wood pulp/PET composite hydro-entangled nonwovens

The main fault of wood pulp/PET composite hydro-entangled nonwovens is easy to dusting off.The se-veral testing methods on dusting off from wood pulp composite nonwovens were designed depending on the condition of probable machinery force applied on wood pulp/PET composite hydro-entangled nonwovens.The characters and feasible situation of various testing methods were analyzed through testing several kinds of wood pulp/PET composite nonwovens for dusting off on different raw materials and technique processes of various specimens.The trial data fitted regularity of dusting off and had proper convincingness.The result shows that design of four testing methods was dependable and could effectively indicate situation of dusting off from wood pulp/PET nonwovens most correctly.
