南京地区某综合楼节能改造方案分析

该文针对南京地区的既有建筑节能改造问题,采用动态模拟软件DeST,对多种节能改造方案下的建筑能耗进行了模拟计算,并在此基础上对围护结构改造措施进行了经济性比较,提出了适合本地既有建筑的改造方案。结果表明:在南京地区,既有建筑改造的重点应该在外窗。
