羧酸酯稀土时聚氯乙烯凝胶化的促进作用

摘    要:用示含量热扫描(DSC)研究了羧酸酯稀土(CERES)对聚氯乙烯(PVC)的凝胶化过程.研究表明CERES有促进PVC凝胶化的作用。基于分于轨道理论推测了CERES与PVC大分子之间可能存在的作用力,探索了CERES促进PVC凝胶化的机理.

Abstract:Differential scanning calorimetry (DSC) has been used to measure the degree of gelation of poly (vinyl chloride) (PVC)/ carboxylic ester rare earth salt(CERES) compound and PVC/ organotin compound. It has been made clearthat the CERES can promote the gelation acting of PVC. According to molecular orbital theory, it has deduced that there are several possible acting forcesbetween PVC macromolecule and CERES to explain how the CERES improvesgelation of PVC.
