| 摘 要： | 采用甲基紫法表征干粉砂浆混合度,研究滚筒式混合机混合效果,分析了混合时间、转速、砂子细度模数、装载系数等对干粉砂浆混合效果的影响.研究发现混合度随混合时间呈周期性变化,而转速、砂子细度模数及装载系数对混合度的影响曲线上存在一个极值点,该点表示配合料达到最佳混合效果.
