Chemical Products Application And Selection Tests For HCFC-22 Alternative Refrigerant Compressors

This paper describes the basic application requirements and selection test methods of chemical products such as HCFC 22 alternative,refrigerant oil and auxiliary process materials like cleaner,rust preventive,cutting fluid and gaseous rust preventive paper etc.during manufacture of R407C/R410A mixture refrigerant compressor for air conditioner,i.e.compatibility tests for low temp.separation and high temp.sealed pipes.By means of example,explains that compatibility tests are necessary and important for not only R22 compressor but also alternative refrigerant compressor manufacturing.
