摘    要:针对某转炉一次除尘3^#风机存在能耗大、故障多等问题,采用高压变频器调速技术对风机进行改造。实践证明,应用高压变频器调速替代液力耦合器调速后,在节能、环保等方面取得了较好的技术与经济效果。

Abstract:High-voltage inverter speed-regulation technology has been applied to reduce energy consumption and malfunctions in 3^# ventilator of primary dust-collecting system of a converter. Practice has proved that great technological and economic effect has been achieved in energy saving and environmental protection after applying high voltage inverter instead of hydrodynamic coupling in the dust collecting system of the converter.
