| 摘 要： | 教育法制化是教育现代化的必然选择。但是,不要因重视教育法制建设而忽视了教育伦理道德建设。伦理道德规范是学校教育的基础规范,师生道德关系是学校教育的基本关系,教师的道德责任是教育实践的本体责任。

| Abstract: | Education legalization is an inevitable choice of modern education.However,strengthening education ethics cannot be overlooked.The paper concludes that ethics standard,the ethics relation of teachers and students are the basic standard and relation of school education,teachers＇ ethics responsibility is the ontology duty of education practice. |
