电火花加工数控代码疏化方法

摘    要:虽然电火花加工能很好地解决高硬度材料难切削的问题,但其加工效率偏低。通过研究数控代码的密集程度对电火花加工效率的影响,并从抬刀运动的角度分析密集数控节点会使加工时间大大延长的原因,从而提出了在电极进给轨迹上以最大不干涉间距选取数控节点的方式来生成数控代码的方法。一方面可大大减少数控代码量,另一方面也可避免抬刀过程频繁加减速的现象,最终有效地提升电火花加工的效率。

Abstract:Electro-discharge machining (EDM) is capable of manufacturing those difficult to cut material and has been broadly used to produce complex components. However ,the efficiency of EDM is not satisfying enough. The impact of NC codes was discussed ,it turned out that compacting NC codes took longer machining time due to frequent acceleration and deceleration in electrode jump motion. Considering this,a NC code generating method,which selects nodes that keep the biggest distance between each other on electrode feeding path and makes electrode and blisk interference-free ,was proposed. Not only can the amount of NC codes be largely reduced ,but also does the machining time be saved.
