| 摘 要： | 目的探讨提高肺结核患者检出率的有效方法,使患者尽快治疗,减少传染的机会。方法由疾病控制中心的结核病防治人员对各医院门诊、放射科、检验科、保健科等相关专业人员进行业务技术培训,按照患者就诊、痰涂片检查、诊断、登记、报告、转诊和落实免费治疗等工作规范进行管理。结果2008年10月至2009年9月期间,累计发现新涂阳肺结核病人461例,是项目实施前1年同期(2007年10月至2008年9月)的2倍(461/247)。结论加强结核病防治中心与综合医院合作,肺结核患者和肺结核可疑症状者的转诊和追踪调查,能够快速地提高病人发现的数量和质量。
