金属软磁粉芯的研究进展

摘    要:金属软磁粉芯具有饱和磁通密度高、损耗低、使用频率广、磁性能稳定和可控性高等特点,广泛应用于电感元件和变压器。本文简述磁粉芯的分类和应用,分析总结了磁粉芯主要磁性能的影响因素,并对今后的发展前景进行了展望。

Abstract:Soft magnetic metal powder cores have high saturation flux density, low loss, wide ranging frequency, good stabilization and high controllability. Soft magnetic metal powder cores are widely used in inductance components and transformers. The classification and application of soft magnetic metal powder cores are introduced in this paper, and the influence factors of the main magnetic properties of magnetic powder cores are analyzed and summarized. Finally the prospect is discussed.
