悬浮磨料磁流体射流技术的研究

摘    要:分析了现有磨料射流技术存在的问题,论述了磁流体推进技术原理及其优点,提出了一种悬浮磨料磁流体射流技术;通过试验装置验证了导电流体能产生增压效果,指出了形成悬浮磨料磁流体射流新技术中涉及的关键技术,阐述了关键技术研究状况及其主要的技术难题,为磨料射流的发展提供一种新的研究方向。

Abstract:Describes the abrasive jet technology status and drawbacks,a comprehensive analysis of the MHD propulsion principles and advantages,proposed a suspension of abrasive magnetic fluid jet technology and production verification device enables the electrically conductive fluid to produce booster effect,pointing out to form a suspension the key technical abrasive magnetic fluid jet involved in new technology addresses the key technology research status and major technical problems and provide a new direction for the development of abrasive jet.
