| Abstract: | According to the necessary introduction of telecom operators on project financing by some kinds of (approach), this paper demonstrates that the project financing is the method chosen by telecom operators. The paper then puts forward the corresponding mode carried out by telecom operators on project financing, and makes some proposals on related issue. |
