| 摘 要： | 越来越多的用户需要高压大流量的隔膜泵,隔膜泵结构中的承压件大多是螺栓连接,螺栓的拧紧和拆卸已成为一个重要的问题.我公司也曾经出现过螺栓断裂造成设备停机,影响生产的情况,所以我们分析了原因,借鉴外国的先进技术.研制了隔膜室盖螺母液压拆装工具.本文介绍了螺栓的预紧力,拉伸的胡克定律和隔膜室盖螺母液压拆装工具的结构原理,及使用方法.

| Abstract: | In many fields.For the diaphragm pump,most of the pressure-resistant parts are connected by bolts. Bolts fastening and dispatching have been become one of the most important problems.In SMMC,the cracking bolts made the equipments cut down and postponed the manufacture before.By analyzing the results and using the foreign advanced technology for reference,we developed the nuts hydraulic dispatching tools for diaphragm housing cover.The thesis mainly introduced pre-fastening,hook law and principles of nuts hydraulic dispatch- ing tools. |
