废活性炭微波加热法再生研究进展

摘    要:论述了微波加热技术的特点,初步探讨了微波加热再生废活性炭的原理,综述了国内外微波再生废活性炭的研究进展。与传统加热技术相比较,微波加热再生废活性炭具有耗时短、产品质量好、能耗低、污染少等优点,并且微波加热再生废活性炭产品有更发达的孔隙结构,吸附性能较好。影响微波再生废活性炭的因素依次是微波功率、加热时间、活性炭吸附量。展望了微波加热再生废活性炭的发展方向。

Abstract:The character of microwave heating technology is presented,the principle about regenerating activated carbon is discussed and the research progress of regenerating activated carbon by microwave heating is summarized.Compared with con- ventional heating technology,microwave heating has advantages of short reaction time,better product quality,lower energy consumption and slightly pollution.What is more,the regenerated activated carbons by microwave heating have more developed pore structure and preferable adsorption capability.The factors affecting the performances of regenerated activated carbons by microwave heating are microwave power,radiation time and the adsorption quantity of activated carbon.The developing direc- tion of regenerating activated carbon by microwave heating is expected.
