蒙脱土有机改性及对铬的吸附性能研究

摘    要:对蒙脱土进行了有机改性.表征结果表明:有机基团已经进入到蒙脱石的结构之中(IR);改性后有机蒙脱土层间距为2.156 nm(XRD);晶层结构被解离,较疏松,层间被改性剂插层(TEM).以制备的有机蒙脱土对废水中的铬进行了吸附研究.结果表明,对铬吸附的最优化条件是:吸附时间为40 min,pH值为5,固液比为18 g/L,温度为40℃;此时,吸附率可达79%.

Abstract:Organic-montmorillonite was prepared. It was characterized by IR, XRD and TEM. The results show that the d001 of organic-montmorillonite is 2. 156 nm and the silicate nanolayers of MMT clay is exfoliated. It was also can be find that there are organo-intercalated. Adsorption properties of organic-montmorillonite to Cr^6+ was studied. The absorption experiments were carried out on absorption time, pH value, solid-to-liquid ratio and temperature. The results indicate that the optimization conditions of adsorption to Cr^6+ are as follows: absorbing time about 40 min, pH value 5, temperature 40 ℃, solid-to-liquid ratio 18 g/L.
