减速箱齿轮传动参数化设计与仿真分析

摘    要:借助二次开发工具UG/OPEN API,开发了UG齿轮参数化建模菜单模块,实现了齿轮参数化快速建模。将组装后的齿轮传动模型导入ADAMS后,进行了动力学仿真,通过仿真数据与理论计算数据的对比分析,验证了虚拟样机模型的正确性、有效性。应用ADAMS仿真获得的接触力数据,在UG中实现设计仿真。通过对UG设计仿真数据的分析,验证了齿轮强度的可靠性和齿轮传动的低噪声、低振动特性。

Abstract:The parameteric quick modeling on gear is realized after it is developed the UG menu of parametric modeling by the aid of redevelopment tool,UG/OPEN API.After importing the assembly of the gear transmission model into ADAMS,the dynamics simulation is carried out,and the correctness,validity of a virtual prototype model is validated through the analysis data of the simulation and the theoretical calculation.Application of contact force data by aid of ADAMS simulation,the design simulation is achieved in the UG.Through the analysis data of the simulation in UG,the low vibration property and the low noise and the reliability of gear strength is verified.
