国产5A分子筛小球吸附剂用于液蜡生产

南京南炼催化剂有限责任公司采用自有发明专利技术生产的5A分子筛小球吸附剂在金陵石化烷基苯厂进口的50kt／a Molex分子筛脱蜡装置上替代了进口吸附剂。工业应用结果表明，该吸附剂完全满足Molex工艺所要求的操作条件，产品的液蜡纯度大于98．5％，达到了设计的质量指标，并使装置的实际生产能力比原设计提高10％以上，特别是吸附剂的稳定性能优于进口吸附剂。

APPLICATION OF CHINESE MADE 5A MOLECULAR SIEVE SMALL-SPHERICAL ADSORPBENT FOR LIQUID PARAFFIN PRODUCTION

A proprietary 5A molecular sieve small-spherical adsorbent made in China was used in the 50kt/a Molex molecular sieve dewaxing unit to replace the original imported second generation adsorbent for liquid paraffin production at the alkyl benzene plant of Jinling Petrochemical Company. The commercial application showed that the said adsorbent was fully satisfied the operation conditions re-quired by Molcx process, the liquid paraffin purity was higher than 98. 5% , which met the quality index of design. The production capacity was 10% more than the original design value, and the stability of the adsorbent was better than the imported one.
