| 摘 要： | 对反垄断法中产业诱导机能的现实意义和它在未来中国反垄断法中的具体作用进行了分析研究.认为反垄断法具有产业诱导机能,其作用重大,带有极强的政策倾向性,未来中国反垄断法的产业诱导机能应体现在宗旨、原则、垄断及其相关行为的确立、调整范围、适用除外、特殊保护、引进外资和实现制度八个方面.
