恶劣环境下的高性价比数据采集系统

摘    要:选用TLC2543串行A/D芯片、6N137高速光隔芯片和其它一些外围辅助芯片设计了一个串行A/D转换装置,构造了一个能够抵御恶劣环境的高性价比数据采集系统,文中给出电路主要芯片的管脚图、接口电路图以及软件的流程图。实践表明,该系统成本低、精度高、可靠性好、接口简便,在抗过程通道干扰应用方面有一定的实用价值。

Abstract:The paper presents a design which consists of a serial TLC2543 chip, high-speed 6N137 chips and some other peripheral auxiliary chips and builds up a data acquisition system of high cost performance which can work well in strong noises environment. It also discribes the block diagram of the main chip and interface circuit and software flow chart. The system has been proved in pratice to have the following merits. Such as low-cost, high precision and reliability and simple interface. It is good for practice in resisting process passage disturb.
